The dealership needs more room, it's very jampacked. It would also be nice if service advisors were available until 6 PM so vehicle drop off could still be secured behind the gate. Service guy (David) was on vacation and when i went to pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done ! The paperwork i was handed me may as well been written in Japanese !! I pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done !
