The service experience was excellent. I had purchased and serviced my Lexus 300NXh at Riverside Lexus the last 3 1/2 years; however, when I found out a new dealer opened in Temecula and i I had purchased and serviced my Lexus 300NXh at Riverside Lexus the last 3 1/2 years; however, when I found out a new dealer opened in Temecula and it was closer to home, I decided to try it. It was a good decision. The only negative was they didn't have a loaner available and I had to drop it off and return 4 hours later to pick it up. Overall, a good experience. More
