After speaking to you the other day, I did some further investigation regarding your experience. I tried talking to you on the phone today, but you did not want to listen and kept threatening me and then hung up. First, regarding your bait-and-switch allegation. You told me the original new Lexus you inquired about on 12/09 (the last 4 of the vehicle ID is A621) was sold the day before you came in. That is not the case, in fact, your salesperson told you the car was allocated to us but was still in build status and has not arrived. As of today, 12/20, that same vehicle is still not at our dealership, so the vehicle you mentioned that we baited you on and switched you to another car will be available (as of today) when it arrives. You decided to come into the dealership and our salesperson showed you a similar model Lexus that we had in stock, but it was more than you wanted to spend so he showed you a 2024 certified pre-owned vehicle. After giving you a substantial discount that you told me was a very good deal, you decided that you did not want the vehicle because you wanted the alarm included. Unfortunately, they could not go any lower, so you decided not to move forward with the purchase. We voided the deal and credited back your credit card. I have all the documentation that was presented to you online and in person. I am sorry we could not make the deal, and I apologize for your perception of what transpired but as I told you on the phone, I can show you everything we have that is consistent with what everyone told me including yourself and there is absolutely no bait and switch, and everything was presented up front with full transparency.
