My wife and I are new to the Lexus family and this was our first service with the dealership and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. My wife dropped off the vehicle and when she arrived she was im our first service with the dealership and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. My wife dropped off the vehicle and when she arrived she was immediately greeted by several employees including our service advisor Richard. Within an hour of dropping off our car, we were provided a detailed video of our car being inspected which we absolutely loved. The overall experience was by far the best! More
