Adam our service manager was great from beginning to end. My sons 2015 Lexus had been damaged by another shop in hemet. Adam sorted through the insurance issues with Tracey our agent from Shawco/Mercury Lani Fitzpatrick from the materials section of Mercury. They developed a plan to deal with complicated issues surrounding my suns car. This was the best example of professionalism, great knowledge, and a willingness to think outside the box to satisfy there customers. Myself, the wife, and my son (the car owner) are beyond satisfied with the work done. This is what it means to work with professionals.
