I bought a used 2009 RX350 (not from TVL) and they went above and beyond in checking out the condition of th knowledgable through out my whole visit. I bought a used 2009 RX350 (not from TVL) and they went above and beyond in checking out the condition of the vehicle with recommendations of what it needed to get into top shape. I had previously checked with 3 other auto repair places in the area, so I had a good idea of what the vehicle already needed. TVL was right on the money and in the ballpark with OEM parts as compared to the other 3 repair places with after market parts. Their service department is top notch and the cleanest of any that I've ever seen. I will continue to do business with TVL for the servicing of my 2009 RX350 (196,000 miles). More
