I brought my TX500h in for a 5000 mile service. No one told me that there was a recall on my vehicle until after I picked it up. I prearranged the recall appointment and when I brought it in, there wasn’t a loaner scheduled for me. They found me a es sedan that wasn’t even close to the quality of my vehicle. My only concern is that the younger staff always appear to be annoyed or bothered to help whereas the more seasone I appreciate the short wait times.
