Peaceful ambiance and efficient service. I appreciate the short wait times. My only concern is that the younger staff always appear to be annoyed or bothered to help whereas the more seasone I appreciate the short wait times. My only concern is that the younger staff always appear to be annoyed or bothered to help whereas the more seasoned employees are patient and attentive. I should add that I am under 50, so I do not think this is an ageism issues but rather an opportunity for professional development for the younger (in age) or newer team members. More

Richard there is really helpful and provides honest work estimates and is very knowledgable. They provided a loaner ES hybrid that was pretty neat to drive around. Not trustworthy. They use illegal tactics to get you to the dealership. Once you are there, they change your plan and then make promises they do not keep and they a They use illegal tactics to get you to the dealership. I will never purchase or refer anyone to purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. More
