Derek was our advisor and he made the process “quick”, smooth and enjoyable. We had communicated via email multiple times about a color/model I was interested in and responded quickly and answered my ques smooth and enjoyable. When we came in, I was excited to see the two colors we had discussed were already parked up front and ready for me to view! I had expressed to him that I went to another Lexus dealer and did not have the best experience. He made sure to go over features and explain them fully.
