I brought my Nissan Armada to Temecula Nissan for an oil change & tire rotation. Had an 8:00 appointment, wasn't finished until 10:30. You can go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube and be in and out in 15-20 minutes. How does it take 2.5 hours, with an appointment? Amanda was amazing with all of the customers, her friendliness and customer service is second to none. There was another gentleman who was also great and provided great customer service. Just don't understand how an appointment can take more than 2 hours, and this is the second time it's been this way. More

The service advisors are friendly and professional. The work gets done. However, I was annoyed a bit because I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am and my car was done at 1pm. The employees were very nice and helpful but this is the second time the maintenance employees didn’t put the plastic barrier back correctly and I had to bring back my vehicle to have it fixed after spendin second time the maintenance employees didn’t put the plastic barrier back correctly and I had to bring back my vehicle to have it fixed after spending a lot of mo yeah have repairs done.
