My service advisor was great but I had an appointment at 9:15am, I arrived at 9:09am and my oil change and tire rotation was not completed until 11:35am. When I booked my appointment, Nissan Temecula had e 9:15am, I arrived at 9:09am and my oil change and tire rotation was not completed until 11:35am. When I booked my appointment, Nissan Temecula had every tome slot open yet when I arrived, they were packed with service customers. I assume they are over booking and the customer is paying the price. I will no longer take my vehicle to Temecula Nissan as this is the second time in a row it has taken over 2 hours for an oil change. More

I bought a 2019 Armada June 24, 2020. In July 2020 I brought the car in for the BCI warning light. A switch had needed repaired. I brought the car in on 06/22/2021 to have the BCI Warning light looke brought the car in for the BCI warning light. A switch had needed repaired. I brought the car in on 06/22/2021 to have the BCI Warning light looked at. It was out of Warranty by the original 36k miles as well as the 12 month 12k part warranty. They had the car for a full day. I picked the car up and was told they cleared the codes. On 7/5, I was traveling out of town and the BCI Warning light again turned on. I brought the car in and was told it was it needed repaired and the service advisor said he would need the car overnight. I find out the car was never worked on as the service advisor was off the next day. This is not the first time this has happen that the service advisor was off and the car not taken care of. Ten advisor said he would try to get the switch covered by the extended warranty. It has not been the proper customer service as expected.in less then 2 months More
