I wasn’t too happy with the service I had. They put the incorrect mileage on the sticker on my car. It was also incorrect on the form the individual helping me as well. Thank goodness I noticed it or I would’ve drove away. But I notified the advisor and she fixed the sticker. Then I told her about how it was incorrect on the form and she fixed it on the computer I guess and then didn’t give me an updated one with the CORRECT mileage. So I put it in pen myself. It would’ve been nice if they noticed their mistake and fix it right then and there. Also, I looked through the forms and I didn’t receive a form where they inspected my vehicle. So, this experience was not as great as my other service with the other advisor. More
I've been wanting to do this for years but didn't know how. Got a brand new Nissan Rouge 2014. 1st 100k A/C needed work 5 different times. Since then I had the A/ worked on 4 more times. I generally don’t give a bad feedback but this time I lost my patience after getting some bad service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna). On 10/06/2022 - There was some cranking noise, Alex told it lost my patience after getting some bad service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna). On 10/06/2022 - There was some cranking noise, Alex told it require oil and battery change, whatever he suggested, I told him to change. I paid $425.87 and picked my car. The engine noise was still there. On 11/01/2022 - I again went, this time Alex came with different story that car is hit from underneath, it requires replacement of lot of parts. Then I decided to go with my insurance. It cost around 4311.34$ including 250$ deductible Engine Noise was still there On 12/08/2022 - I again went, this time Alex told that some more part need to replace and he created supplement estimate which cost $839 to insurance company. Yesterday(12/09/2022) I picked the vehicle and engine noise is still there. From last two months I am struggling, and problem is still there in spite of paying $675.87(out of pocket) + $5150.34 (Through my insurance) I am fed up with this kind of service from Nissan Temecula (Alex Campagna). Brought my car for oil change, filters, and replace 4 tires. Their representative highly recommended the alignment since the4 tires were getting replaced. The following day I noticed they messed up my alignment, I called them back to get it fixed and first they said they didn’t have time and I had to schedule an appointment. When I dropped my car to get the alignment fixed they made me wait for hours. I asked for courtesy car rental but it was denied. These guys messed my alignment which was just fine before they serviced it and when I asked to fix it, they treated me like I did something wrong. Horrible experience. This place never again. Just when I was thinking about getting an SUV because I like the Nissan vehicles but the service at Temecula Nissan is the worst. It is worth to mention that it is not the first time I had this bad experience with them. The very first service they did in my brand new car few years ago, they scratched my passenger door. Highly recommend to take your car somewhere else. I’m sure it will better service, better costumer service and probably cheaper too. More

Temecula Nissan service my transmission and my usual oil change and they’re amazing job and less than two hours. The transaction was handled by Mr. Tim Nelsen who did another amazing job.
