I begin my morning on 3/25 by receiving a call from Denise an associate at Temecula Nissan asking me what was wrong with the car and what I was bringing it in for although I booked my service online an Denise an associate at Temecula Nissan asking me what was wrong with the car and what I was bringing it in for although I booked my service online and as provided you select your reasoning for needing services. I chose oil change. Additionally, I dropped my car off the night before my services and checked off “oil change” on the tag. The associate then contacts me again and says she cant find my car in the system and had I bought my car there? I informed her no that is not where I bought my car but knew already that my car was and had been in the system previously considering I have brought my car there 4 times previously for oil changes considering I have a contract with nissan for free oil changes and have taken it there every time I have needed an oil change. Additionally, I inform her that I have a contract with Nissan which enables me free oil changes until year 2026, she calls me and tells me that I do not have a contract at whichever place she called… which as I told her it wasn’t through who she had contacted. After taken my car to Temecula Nissan now 4 times for an oil change I have had to bring or send a picture of my contract, although every associate has told me they “put it in the notes”. In all honesty, poor customer service and not thorough at all on there part considering I have been a consistent customer. More

My vehicle was in the shop for almost a month. When I picked up the vehicle the dealership had expedited a part at a cost of $48.00 and charged me for the "customer service". Prior to filing the receipt I reviewed the details and found a charge of 3% for use of a credit card. At no time was this charge pointed out to me. More

Not to happy there was oil on the engine, dipstick was left half way out and cover for air filter was not sealed completely.
