Jeremy Young was the service person that greeted me and helped me. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions about my car and they were answered very knowledgeably and satisfactory. I feel I received good, personal, and satisfying customer service. I didn't have to wait long and my service was great. My car was kept clean by the paper mat that was placed on the drivers side floor, which I really appreciated that! Also, the customers waiting lounge provided donuts, coffee, and water, and a nice big tv to watch. Nice! Thank you, Temecula Nissan, for great service and service personnel! More

Bad experience gone good! Vince, at Quality Nissan in Temecula, Ca. is the best! We are snowbirds and, upon arriving in sunny California this year, our car would not start and Vince, at Quality Nissan in Temecula, Ca. is the best! We are snowbirds and, upon arriving in sunny California this year, our car would not start and left us "deader than dead" in Temecula! After having to have it towed to Quality Nissan, Vince and the service team got started on the long process of diagnosing the problem. They made sure that we were shuttled up to Menifee and back down to Temecula when it was fixed. Everything was still under warranty and we very thankful as to the care we received.
