Customer service I arrived to the service department on may 3rd and parked my car in front of the office. Nobody came out to offer help on checking me in. I went into I arrived to the service department on may 3rd and parked my car in front of the office. Nobody came out to offer help on checking me in. I went into the office and everyone was on there computer. I stood there for a few minutes and not one person acknowledged me. I then went back to my car and honked the horn. No one person acknowledged. I stayed by my car for a few minutes and nobody came out. I went back inside the office and I said, is anyone going to help me? One staff member said, " yes sir, we will be right with you in a moment." When a customer arrives they should be greeted and not have them stay outside looking like a dummy and twiddling their thumbs. J. Burk More
