Once the mechanics checked out my vehicle, I feel I was given honest advice of the recommended services and they also found a couple outstanding recalls. They had to keep my car overnight and Tim kept in contact to keep me updated on the status. They made a good deal for the services completed and were not overly pushy with the services I chose not to perform at this time. I usually really dislike going to the dealership but this experience was not painful at all! More

This service center is very good...most of the time I took my car in for a general service (oil change and tire rotation). Found out I had a pretty bad oil leak and that it would cost me $2000 to repai I took my car in for a general service (oil change and tire rotation). Found out I had a pretty bad oil leak and that it would cost me $2000 to repair. It is what it is. With that said, my car had to be kept overnite, which I was not prepared for. Would be nice to have a rental care at least offered. In addition, when I did pick the car up, it was clear that my tires had not been rotated, as was part of the original write up order. Just feels less than good when you spend $2000 and they did not get all the work done correctly. Makes one nervous about what else might have been "missed". Alex is a nice guy, my first time working with him. But Jeremy, who is now the Service Manager, just had a way of always making me feel like he was looking out for me and my car. What was needed, what was not. Things worth spending money on and things not worth spending money on. My hope is that I develop that same level of confidence with someone else over time. More
