Great Service Advisor - Tim Nelson Tim is awesome! He is very thorough and truly cares about his job. He communicates with me and keeps me informed. I have no complaints about the Se Tim is awesome! However, I'm not too sure about the people actually diagnosing the issues. I went in on June 24th because my car was making this squeaking noise when backing out and as I was getting ready to stop. I asked them to check the brakes and I was told that the front pads needed to be replaced. They performed the work, but the car kept making the same noise. I brought it back in on July 9th, and this time I was told that the rear brakes needed replacement. Tim showed me the rear brakes, so I know they needed to be replaced. But why didn't they check both the front and rear brakes the first time I brought it in? It has only been two days after the rear brakes were replaced, and I have not heard any noises. So...did the front pads really needed to be replaced to begin with? More
