Oil change I had an appointment for an oil change at 7 o clock in the morning and I did not leave this establishment until 11:40. That it unacceptable. Upon fina I had an appointment for an oil change at 7 o clock in the morning and I did not leave this establishment until 11:40. That it unacceptable. Upon finally being able to leave, I had a ball of trash in my car that I had to ask one of the employees to discard. Also, whomever handled my keys broke something off of them and did not bother to tell me that it was broken. More

The long wait. The shop seems to do a good job. Had vehicle in for repair a few weeks ago to fix broken track for passenger window. Had door panel removed. Now back The shop seems to do a good job. My experience s at Temecula Nissan has been nothing short of wonderful. Everything has to do with courtesy. The guys are thorough and honest. You can have someone pick you up while your car is being serviced or you can wait in the lounge with free internet access, free donuts and coffee and TV. As an added courtesy, you car is washed after it's serviced. More
