Poor customer service Temecula Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is only focused on securing a deal and once they got their deal they Temecula Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is only focused on securing a deal and once they got their deal they don’t care about anything else. I consistently have a poor experience at this location and the men they have working there are disrespectful and arrogant with poor customer service. Management is never any help and reflect the same behavior as their salesmen and service center staff. More

Great customer service I have been taking my vehicles to Temecula Nissan for several years now. They have great customer service and comfortable lounge if you decide to wait I have been taking my vehicles to Temecula Nissan for several years now. They have great customer service and comfortable lounge if you decide to wait. The only thing they need to work on is a separate lane for appointments. On two occasions I have made an appointment but had to wait to be checked in after people without appointments get helped first. More
