No waiting, car done in good time. (Just had oil change.) Nothing much to say - just an oil change. Staff very helpful and friendly and polite, no waiting. Warranty service I bought my Versa in for a scheduled oil change and told my service advisor that the transmission had been causing the car to shake during acceleratio I bought my Versa in for a scheduled oil change and told my service advisor that the transmission had been causing the car to shake during acceleration. He said that I needed to leave the car for diagnostics and arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle. The next day he called me and informed me that it was a defective part inside the transmission and that the part was on order and that I could keep the loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. Several days later I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready and that everything was covered by the warranty and there was no charge. More
