Warranty work with long turnaround Brought my 2017 Altima in with transmission issues covered under my extended power train warranty. Engine light was on. After 3 hours, it was determined the issue would be covered. I was advised it would take 2-3 days to repair. I was not updated and had to repeatedly call to get updates on the status of my vehicle. After a week and a half of no updates, I called again and was initially advised that the parts were still not in. I had received an email a couple days prior advising that the parts were in. After one of the techs called the parts department, it appears there was a “miscommunication” and the parts were in fact in and ready. They were able to repair the vehicle the next day. Overall, communication and organization by the service department is terrible. I was over promised and under delivered. Based on reviews on Yelp, it appears there is a common theme with the service department. When I picked up my car, no one explained the repairs or the inspection results. I had to track down my service adviser to get this info. I will never take my car to this dealership again. Additionally, they provided me a Kicks as a rental during this time. That car is terrible (agreed by a service advisor). At least give me a comparable car if you are going to keep my car for over a week. More
Great experience Tim was amazing. Constant communication, help with insurance and warranty. Most important was I had started a new job and had to drop off the car at Tim was amazing. Most important was I had started a new job and had to drop off the car at 7 am, rent a car and get to work by 9 am (Riverside) I made it to work early and was able to text Tim throughout the day. He turned lemons into lemonade. More

I still needed info but they got the work done I got a new windshield and they tried their best to get it done in a timely matter. That was all ok but once I came to pick up my car the serviceman w I got a new windshield and they tried their best to get it done in a timely matter. That was all ok but once I came to pick up my car the serviceman was on the phone with another customer and didn’t let me know how long I needed to keep the tape on for my windshield. I felt like he wasn’t really focused. But I was really glad they helped me fix my windshield and I’m really grateful for the effort they put in to getting it worked on. More
