Oil change and a few extras I had a great experience as I always do when I bring my car to Nissan. I went in for a basic oil change, but I had a few things that were working. My I had a great experience as I always do when I bring my car to Nissan. I went in for a basic oil change, but I had a few things that were working. My car is a year old, but I could never get the Bluetooth to work. The rep that came out to take my information said, I had it, but somehow it was disconnected from the radio, he fixed it within seconds. Also, some other very minor things that were operator error, such as time wasn't displaying, I had it off. was told it would be a 2-hour wait for the oil change, but in reality, it was only just a few minutes over one hour. I had great customer service and I always feel like a valued customer. More

Service Not enough porters, took 20 mins to bring the car back to us after services was done. Typically once my car is done with service I don’t have to wait. Not enough porters, took 20 mins to bring the car back to us after services was done. Typically once my car is done with service I don’t have to wait. This is the first time that no porters greeted us or attended us we had to wait. Normally whenever I get my oil change done at this location there is always someone who greets us and makes sure that we are taken care of. We bought our car here at this location I’ve never had a bad service except for this time. 11/25. Tim who helped us was very nice. More

Disappointed Never seen a dealership check brake fluid and power steering fluid and didn’t fill it back up just left it the way it was two very important items! Especially after telling them that I needed the car Thoroughly inspected Because I’m driving it 2500 miles into Mexico..... Never asked if I’d like to have those two items service as well as them telling me my battery wasn’t in good condition and never clean the battery post left and corroded didn’t tell me if they check the battery cells so I need to have it all done somewhere else again More
