Disorganized, inconsistent, and poor I do not enjoy taking my vehicle to this dealership for service. Both times my experiences have been negative. They forget what they were supposed to I do not enjoy taking my vehicle to this dealership for service. Both times my experiences have been negative. They forget what they were supposed to do on the vehicle, struggle to find the paperwork, made wait a long time so they could fix what they missed, broke something else during the course of fixing the issue... then on a different time they called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready; when I got there they told me that it was going through the wash, about an hour later I went check on it just to be informed that they were getting ready to wash it... poor communication between them and poor customer service More

Issue got worse They told me they couldn’t figure out why my car wanted to stall at red lights and had only put one mile on it. Has less than 23000 miles on it. Took 4 1/2 hours of waiting to be told nothing was wrong. More
