Seat belt replacement I made an appointment for Dec 19 to have the rear passenger side seat belt repaired/replaced. I was there early and dropped the truck off. Some time I made an appointment for Dec 19 to have the rear passenger side seat belt repaired/replaced. I was there early and dropped the truck off. Some time later the service writer called me to let me know my truck was ready. He stated that you didn’t have the part, seat belt needed to be replaced. I arrived at the dealership to order/pay for the seat belt. I was told that one of your techs did an inspection and that the rear rotors were warped and the pads also needed to be replaced.. odd as I recently had the fluid flushed and brakes inspected at an independent shop.. Paid for the part and appt was made for the 26th to install the seat belt. I went to the independent shop and their master tech inspected the brakes, all four. I was informed that all the pads were fine, no rotors were warped and even if I needed rear brakes they could still machine the rear rotors... hmmm... Returned to your dealership on the 26th @ 0700... I was told that the part did not come in and that it would in on the 30th... On the 27th I received a call from you folks and told the part was in... I went in and had the part installed... I am leary and hesitant to go to a dealer because I always feel they are trying to rip you off..... This last ordeal did not boost my confidence in dealerships... Especially yours. I will say that the older gentleman who greets you and records the mileage is very polite and professional. Had a demeanor that is inviting but he can’t overcome the “dealership stigma” that lingers there.... To answer the question about recommending your dealership to others, the answer is NO.. Not how the service department is currently run.. I went there twice this year, out of necessity and was disappointed both times.. I don’t like dealerships but if I must go to a dealership for service, I may try Hemet or Mossy... Bummer because I’ve heard you have a new owner, it’s too bad that somethings don’t change.. It has promise, the ability, to be a decent dealership but the mindset of trying squeeze every dollar out of a customer needs to change. More

Service took way too long. I have been using Temecula Nissan for my past two cars so I am a loyal customer. However my last visit was disappointing. It should not take over two I have been using Temecula Nissan for my past two cars so I am a loyal customer. However my last visit was disappointing. It should not take over two hours to get an oil change. I could have been in and out at Jiffy Lube in less than 30 minutes. Also, I never saw my service advisor (Jose) and when I called to check on my vehicle he passed me off to someone else. The service center is good for repairs but basic oil changes are not their strength. More

Poor Service I had 3 different service associates, every time we called the one we asked for wasn't there. Alex called and said the truck delivering the needed par I had 3 different service associates, every time we called the one we asked for wasn't there. Alex called and said the truck delivering the needed part broke down and they sent another truck to get it. when the part got there it would be put on the mechanics counter and it would be done first thing in the morning, no one called about 1;00 PM I called, no one knew what I was talking about of course the associate we had talked to the night before was not there.. Finally Tim called about 3:00 PM and said the car was ready and would be out front. We got there about 3:30 Tim wasn't there It took Jose over a hour to find the car.. I have been a Nissan owner since 2005, have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from this dealership since then. .I tried to call the general manager no answer a little later a service girl me back. This was unexpectable and they need fix the service department I found out that Jeremy the previous service manager had quit he had been with the company for years ?????
