They are good here, but they are not very friendly. Friendly service reps, organized staff, nice waiting areas I had my first maintenance done on the new Nissan Leaf this past weekend. This is my first Nissan service experience and I was pleasantly satisfied wi I had my first maintenance done on the new Nissan Leaf this past weekend. This is my first Nissan service experience and I was pleasantly satisfied with Nissan Temecula's service department. Online scheduling is easy to use. I was attended when I arrived promptly and the service staff was very prompt and friendly. The waiting area is offered with coffee, water, and donuts. Although the waiting area is not spacious, it is sufficient to accommodate about 12 people. There are two desktop computer stations for customer use. In addition, they offer shuttle service within a 15-mile radius. Although I didn't use the service, I found it very helpful (especially, the mall is quite close to the dealership). The maintenance service was done sooner than the estimated timeframe. I really appreciate the service department staff's professionalism and friendliness. More

Took car in for an oil change and had a lot of “needed repairs to be done ASAP” and when asked why I wasn’t notified before I was told that other advisors don’t always read the computer or know how to read the technician’s report”. It’s a hit or miss but so not worth the huge bill because someone doesn’t know how to read! More
