Quick Oil Change I stopped in with no appointment to get an oil change. Service advisors were all busy on the phones and took a while for them to help me. I don't thin I stopped in with no appointment to get an oil change. Service advisors were all busy on the phones and took a while for them to help me. I don't think they did anything wrong, maybe they are short-staffed because of management fails. Service advisor was very nice, oil change didn't take long, and I got my car back in one piece pretty quickly. The car wash was broke which was a bummer, but I'm going to handwash it here at my ranch today. I bought my car here in Temecula but was taking my car to both Escondido and Temecula for service over the years. Escondido seriously messed up my car last service. I'm not gonna write a book about the crazy experience, but I'm coming to Temecula from now on. More

Regardless of the service that was performed they always returned my car cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Whatever happened to the paper floor protectors to protect my carpets? NO MORE CAR WASH! The price of an oil change has gone up there customer service is no longer what it once was, they are no longer price competitive when it comes to oil & filter changes. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE! More

I had one of the greatest experiences ever at the sign of Temecula. I went to the dealership to get my car repaired. End up buying a vehicle that Nissan just got from the auction. Where I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Tim Nelsen. Tim went over and beyond the call of duty. From getting my Car repaired like it was brand new. Also gave me coffee and donuts while I waited for my paperwork. I got a shuttle to my house until they found out what was wrong with the car. When the car was being repaired Tim arranged for me to get a brand new rental car which I thought was amazing. No charge to me of course. It was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. And I pretty much over to Mr. Tim Nelson. This guy is amazing and in my opinion he deserves a raise. Much thanks to Mr. Tim Nelsen. Thank you Tim Nelsen. More

A CV “boot” covers the bearings and gears which allow no outside elements to interfere with its machines. And if the battery was “bad”, I would assume that the CCA has met its limits which would mine that the car would not start with the recent weather that we have received. However, the car still starts with no issues. I would like to know why these are being highlighted as “areas of concerns” vise just stating that “CV leaks” and “bad battery”. FYI, I did ask and was given no answer and I was on a tight schedule which is why I could not stay and drill down to the root cause of these concerns. More
