I was helped by Mr. Deleon upon arrival. He was pleasant and through. He called me when the car was ready. When I returned, he was unable for checkout. I like that I could pay “upstairs” now. Sales representative was a little rude. Made us to feel we were an inconvenience and didn’t note requests correctly. Didn’t repair all that was requested, though it was confirmed otherwise. When I picked up my vehicle, was told to come back tomorrow (Sunday), but they didn’t tell me they were actually closed Sunday and now I have to make more time to come back, yet again, when it should have been addressed initially - as I was told it was complete, and charged. I understand mistakes happen, but to be made out to feel like an inconvenience on top of poor service is irritating. More

Recall service took 1 day longer than promised. It was ok with us since they called to ask if they could get more time. Not happy with the condition of the car when we picked it up. We had the car detailed the day before the appointment with Nissan, and it came back with black scuff marks on the drivers' side in step. Also there was sticky tree sap on the top of the car like it was parked under a tree. Never had this happen before. The lack of customer parking, not one spot in the parking lot or the street is pretty frustrating:( More
