Calling and making my appt as well as the check in process were great. However the sign up, lack of communication and attitude of the gentleman behind the counter in the parts Dept was ridiculous. While the service advisor was very nice, there was a disconnect between the advisor, parts and the technicians. They were very accomodating, as I could not pick up my car before closing. They made sure the sales department would be available for me to pick up my car with them.
