Overall, this dealership is TERRIBLE!!! Aaron, Jeremy and one other guy weren’t too bad. But, I’ll NEVER go back!!! They lack Customer Service. I took my car to get an OIL CHANGE on March 5th. I dropped my one other guy weren’t too bad. But, I’ll NEVER go back!!! They lack Customer Service. I took my car to get an OIL CHANGE on March 5th. I dropped my car off at 12:30 pm with Traci Klobetanz. She wrote the service ticket up, took my keys, advised me my car would be taken care of and they’d call me when it was ready. I went back to work and didn’t think twice about my car. 6:00 pm rolls around and I’m ready to go home. It hit me, I don’t have a car and NOBODY has called me about my car. So I called the service department, mo answer. I proceed to call the sales department, Greg answers. I tell him what’s going on, he says he‘ll call me back in 5 minutes because he is with a customer. I was hesitant on him doing that, but didn’t really have much of a choice. He calls me back and says the service department is closed and I’d have to call back tomorrow morning at 7:00 am when they open. I LOST it!! You mean to tell me, I JUST told you that the service department HAS MY CAR, they closed WITH MY CAR and I have to call back when they open. So me being STRANDED wasn’t event a though to Greg. He was more concerned about making money, than assisting me in getting my car. He transfers the call to his boss, didn’t catch her name, but she gets on the line, “You are waiting for service, I can take a message”. I lost is again! After being on the phone for 45 minute, 25 of those minutes being on hold with NO ONE checking back with me to let me know what’s going on, the question is asked, “What would you like us to do”. WTH?!! I told them they need to call Traci Klobetanz or someone to call Traci or someone to open the service department or give me a car off of the lot. Take your pick!! Common sense, get the service department open so I can get my car!!! DUH!! Greg finally tells me Traci will be there in 15. My friend takes me to the dealership where I am approached by Traci. I asked her what happen, she says she doesn’t know. I then ask her, was my oil changed.......you guessed it...NO!!!!’ I’m furious and took my keys and walked out. I couldn’t even look at her any longer! I had to end up calling her supervisor, he never called me to follow up. Told him what happen, he says ok, what would you like us to do? WTH!! The question is, what are YOU, NISSAN, going to do to make this right?!! He says, bring your car down, we’ll give you a rental car and see what additional work needs to be done to you car. That’s done on Tuesday. When I went to drop my car off, I walk inside of the service department, NO ONE greets me for about 5 minutes or so. Traci and Aaron were there and both saw me walk in. Traci was with a customer and Aaron was on the phone. Traci didn’t say we’ll be right with you, nothing. Aaron looked at me and kept doing his work. I didn’t expect him to say anything as he was on the phone. However, I do expect some type of acknowledgment when you get off of the phone. 2 minutes after he got off of the phone, he then acknowledges me. I asked him for Christian, he says let me see if he is available. He’s on lunch. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t care what he was doing. Aaron comes back out to further assist me. Christian never came out to meet me, apologize in person, nothing. The only time he came out, was to make a joke with his terrible staff and walk to the sales floor. Mind you, I’m still standing with Aaron when Christian walks out. Poor excuse for a Supervisor if you ask me. Fast forward, I get a call from Jeremy on Wednesday who tells me I need the following: oil change, tires, a new air filter, there’s a recall and something else. I asked what are they fixing for me OTHER than the oil change. He says the air filter. I said ok, whatever at this point. I pick my car up on Thursday, March 12th, I was told I need a new belt since there is a loud noise when I start my car, they guy (I forget his name), asked me if my car was checked out? I said It’s been here the last two days! It should have been. Now my car has this strange sound when it runs. Needless to say, I am STILL pissed and CANNOT get a hold of the General Manager, Jacob. He’s “never” available. This place is horrible and a few people need to be fired! I was told the next five oil changes are free. I’d rather pay for my oil change elsewhere before stepping foot back in that place!!! More
