I am not happy at all. I brought my car in because of a check engine light and had it checked and was told my throttle body needed replacing. I bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty and this part an check engine light and had it checked and was told my throttle body needed replacing. I bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty and this part and labor was supposed to be covered. I was told because of "poor maintenance" the parent out. This is b.s.....I have always maintained my vehicle well. I paidfor the extended warranty to be covered. More

Jeremy the service manager took care of 2 issues I had been complaining to Nissan for the last year and a 1/2. Jeremy and service crew are a newer team than last service team I had dealt with between 2017 been complaining to Nissan for the last year and a 1/2. I purchased truck for cash and the 8 year maintenence pkg for my 2017 Titan Platinum truck. One tire was wearing and truck hard to start at times. Jeremy replaced the tire and battery for free. More
I told the lady I needed my car today and she sent something to Nissan to ask about my warranty but didn’t tell me it was a one time thing.
