Brought my truck in to pick up an ignition key that I had ordered 2 days prior from the Parts Dept. I was told I would have to wait for a couple of hours for the key to be programmed. My vehicle was return ordered 2 days prior from the Parts Dept. I was told I would have to wait for a couple of hours for the key to be programmed. My vehicle was return to me within 45 minutes. I was told that the machine had broken my key. Another key had to be ordered, and I would have to return to the Service Department to repeat the process after the ignition key has been received. More

I can’t believe Temecula Nissan wanted to charge me $400 for a mirror direction button that popped off from a poor design flaw. The vehicle is a Brand New 2023 and is under warranty but they would not cover for a mirror direction button that popped off from a poor design flaw.
