Dropped my car off at 10 with an appointment for an oil change. I ended up having to call at 530 to see if the car was ready prior to your closing. Why on earth would it take 7 hours for an oil change WITH change. I ended up having to call at 530 to see if the car was ready prior to your closing. Why on earth would it take 7 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment??? What would’ve happened if I stayed there and waited? I had come in a few days prior for the oil change but the wait was also too long. To be honest, I wouldn’t ever buy a Nissan in fear of having to use your service department!! I have an infiniti and take it to temecula so save drive time, but I no longer feel it’s worth it. The wait to pick up my car was horrendous too. The lady ahead of me had a horrible experience when she came to get her car that had been left for 2 days and didn’t receive an oil change. I needed a new headlight and Nissan was trying to charge me 1800 plus labor for a light. A friend who owns a car repair shop can order me the same part for $800! Why the up-charge??? More

I have been to Nissian twice already and everytime I go I always leave with a piece of mind. Cierra took alot of time helping me with the extended warranty. She is very friendly and is very patient. My critique has nothing to do with the quality of work that was done on my vehicle. My critique has to do with the lack of safety measures taken by a few of the service reps during this period of COVID c that was done on my vehicle. My critique has to do with the lack of safety measures taken by a few of the service reps during this period of COVID concerns. One rep wore a mask, one rep had a plastic shield up with no mask and one had neither a shield nor a mask. I have purposefully chosen to keep myself and my family safe during this time and this interaction made me less than comfortable. Everyone was friendly and did a good job, but as a professional organization, I would think that the safety of staff and those they serve would be paramount during this time. More
