long waite times and high prices i had a new motor put in my Nissan pathfinder around march, car was running hot as the head gasket had a small leak so i decide to replace motor. The only other problem i had with the car was one oxygen sensor code. Took them over 2 weeks to complete and they did not connect negative cable to motor and they left bolt attaching passenger side exhaust to bell housing off. When i drove off i notice car was running ruff so in a week or so came back. I was told i needed an egr control solenoid for 800.00 told them that was way to much and they reduced to 600.00 still to high and it did nothing. now i had multiple check engine codes p1706, p0325 and p0138, so i was told i needed fuel regulator and Park and Neutral Position Switch. I said i would have to come back. Meantime when i drove off there lot it drove perfectly again for couple weeks, so I called and said it was running good so lets just do the neutral switch, but when i came back in it was idling ruff again so i said do both but they missed what I said so only replaced switch. So switch got replaced after another almost 2 weeks in shop and another 600.00. I needed my car too do my work so I said we need to do fuel regulator as it could b causing the 02 code according to there mechanic so they said they would order and that was 2 weeks ago. Oddly enough when i drove off the lot that day again it was driving perfect even when the lights came back on no rough idle or hard start however after about two weeks it started bad behaviour again. so after months of trying to get this fixed and hours of sitting waiting room i still have same issues and more codes then i had with my old motor. what bothers me is there lack off follow through on a job of over 10,000. So now i will have too call to see if part came in and prepare for days without my car again. I originally went too Nissan as i figured there mechanics would know there cars. they say it is running rich which could damage my cats so it would b nice to fix before then. I will give them one more chance as the 1706 code is probably bad connection and the switch was not the problem. I know there is a better way to find problem other then throwing parts at it. Do not expect fast convenient service from this shop. You would think at 150.00 hour they would get it done. I am not the type to do this type of review without giving shop time to fix...but months, way too long More

I only came here because I bought an oil change package. While the boy who checked me in and brought me to a service manager were great, I did ask that air be put in my tires, wiper fluid and coolant becaus While the boy who checked me in and brought me to a service manager were great, I did ask that air be put in my tires, wiper fluid and coolant because of all these notifications. I was told they did a complete inspection so it would be done. Upon my departure I noticed nothing had even been done. I can’t even guarantee an oil change was actually done and I waited for 2 hours. You guys don’t carry the parts and the front desk person knew that but with my appointment at 11 & calling at 8:30am, she forgot to remind parts to go purchase the parts so I wouldn’t be waiting forever especially since I came from San Diego. My car was dirty and they couldn’t even do a courtesy power rinse? I had problems with this dealer from the beginning so never again. More
