Took my car in for check engine light on. It was a bigger issue than expected Alex Campagna was great help, he reassured me that would be taken care off. Left car for a couple days and all done. Auto service rating I was told my car was ready. It had been moved to pick up area. When i started it it vibrated. My service manager returned it to mechanic for further I was told my car was ready. Why was this not discovered when it was driven to pick up area and how did this problem arise. No one could tell.me. Also, service rep tim nelson told me mechanic had driven it 10 miles. The odometer showed same mileage as when i brought it in. When i called and questioned tim he said that is what mechanic told him and he (tim) had no control over what mechanic tells him. The mileage is not the issue, the issue is the fact that A lie was told with no concern Or explanation as to why. Part of my paperwork was not mine - it is for customer dick hsu Why is your invoice worded “customer states”? I made no statements except change oil, check right front tire area, Check tire inflation and any rodent damage on wires. Any “customer states” were actually srated by your personnel. As a result, i am left with the conclusion that i cannot rely on honest diagnostics, performance or workmanship. More
