I brought my Nissan Armada to Temecula Nissan for an oil change & tire rotation. Had an 8:00 appointment, wasn't finished until 10:30. The problem is that appointments don't seem to matter, it's first come, first served and walk-ins are taken ahead of appointments, which defeats the enti problem is that appointments don't seem to matter, it's first come, first served and walk-ins are taken ahead of appointments, which defeats the entire purpose of having an appointment. You can go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube and be in and out in 15-20 minutes. How does it take 2.5 hours, with an appointment? Amanda was amazing with all of the customers, her friendliness and customer service is second to none. There was another gentleman who was also great and provided great customer service. Just don't understand how an appointment can take more than 2 hours, and this is the second time it's been this way. More

The service advisors are friendly and professional. The work gets done. However, I was annoyed a bit because I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am and my car was done at 1pm. You have a great staff and I’m especially fond of Andrew Williams. he’s an exceptionally fine young man that would make any father very proud. I’m very fortunate to be able to call him my stepson.
