The service agent that helped us promised to call with updates, then went on vacation the very next day. So we had no idea what was going on, or where the car was in the queue behind other agents' workloa updates, then went on vacation the very next day. That same service agent refused to listen to us when we stated exactly what the problem was, so the dealership ended up keeping the car for a week testing different problems until they landed on the one we already said. Ended up paying $200 more than quoted. Luckily I didn't need my car for that week, because we had no idea what was happening. More
