Never got a call. I got a text instead. Was told about 1 issue and declined it but was not made aware of the others until I saw the receipt. I guess your reps didn't feel the need to disclose? Instead, falsely stated I refused all recommended services. 3 Reps saw me come in when I picked up my car. 1 was on the phone with a client. The other 2 ignoted me. 1 was on his personal cell and the Other was watching sports center on the work computer. Until texting guy was done, he finally acknowledged me so I could pay. While waiting outside I could hear them talk loudly, yet behind my back, about refusing the service. Im in customer service. I would never be this unprofessional. More
