Online appointment scheduler. I made an appt. For oil and tire service on Sunday at 9:30am. Received a confirmation email with a service tech name. Went on Sunday and the service d I made an appt. For oil and tire service on Sunday at 9:30am. Received a confirmation email with a service tech name. Went on Sunday and the service dept was closed!! Service dept is not open on sundays. I told the sales reps on the lot that I had an service appt. And they said their not open on sundays and asked if I made an appt online cause their online system has been doing that. Making appts when there closed! So they know of this problem and nothing is being done about it. I know that im not the only one that has been inconvenienced. So I went online and made another appt except this time on Monday at 4:30pm after i got off work according to the app it said they closed at 6-7 don't remember exactly. But change oil and rotate tires shouldn't take that long. So I go down there on Monday and the service tech says oh you have an appt. At 4:30 the mechanics go home at 5:00pm. So they wasted my time again! More

Nissan Temecula is a team-driven organization. I approached them via their website so I was assigned a single point of contact (Greg Overholt) through email. Since I wanted to buy an EV, Greg immediately introduced me to Glenn Filippelli - the EV expert. Glenn walked me through the new 2019 Nissan Leaf Plus features, compare the differences between SV and SL trims, followed by a test drive. I didn't feel any sales pressure from any associates from the dealership. Financial Manager, Mike Rogers, is equally helpful and efficient. We walked out with a wonderful car and Nissan Temecula gained a new loyal customer. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Appointments I would have given a 5 star review except for the fact that with a 7am appointment my car did not move to the service area until it was past 8am. If they could not perform this service at the appointment time, they should have notified me and let me pick another time. More
