I can’t believe Temecula Nissan wanted to charge me $400 for a mirror direction button that popped off from a poor design flaw. The vehicle is a Brand New 2023 and is under warranty but they would not cover for a mirror direction button that popped off from a poor design flaw. I’d never pay to come here and have your vehicle worked or would want to wait for 4 hours to get your oil changed and tires rotated, even with an appointment. More

The oil change was great. My issue is that the last time I brought my Armada in to the service department at Temecula Nissan was because I was hearing a metal on metal rubbin My issue is that the last time I brought my Armada in to the service department at Temecula Nissan was because I was hearing a metal on metal rubbing noise coming from the driver side wheel and that I wanted to fix this issue before taking my family on a road trip from California to Utah. A technician reviewed the issue and said it was my tire rubbing the wheel well. I told them that I did not agree because that wouldn't create a metal on metal squeaking sound. They deemed that there wasn't a problem and I was safe to take my family on a road trip. A few days later, I have my wife, 5yr old and 2yr old in the Armada on our road trip to Utah. Shortly after passing Barstow on the 15fwy going 75mph, my steering wheel starts to shake violently and the metal on metal rubbing sound was very loud. The auto 4WD engaged at 75mph and would not disengage due to the drive side front tire wobbling as it turned. I pulled over immediately and luckily Nissan of Barstow was just a couple miles away. Long story short, the tech and service team at Nissan Barstow was amazing. They found out that the metal on metal sound was from a blown wheel hub NOT my tire rubbing on the wheel well. We ended up changing our vacation itinerary due to parts not being available until the next day but service was awesome and they had us back on the road 24hrs after bringing our Armada in. I explained what happened to the service rep and all I got was a, I'm sorry we didn't catch that one.". I'm not writing this review because I want anything from Temecula Nissan. I just think the technician who said the metal on metal sound was due to the tire rubbing should be held accountable for the misdiagnosis and possibly putting my family in danger. I don't mind coming back to Temecula Nissan for oil changes but for any other issues, I'll be taking my business to the dealership I purchased our Armada at, Buena Park Nissan. More

Do not trust them! They lie! My orange car was sold before I got there! I was crying hysterically! I’m devastated! Someone totaled my car and I wanted to replace it They lie! I was told they would hold it for me. We drove over halfway there before they told me it sold. The manager I spoke to 4 times and received emails from, I was told didn’t exist! This was the worst experience! I didn’t know dealerships could be like this! More
