My service technician Alex went above and beyond to make sure my Versa was repaired properly. I brought it in for an oil change and asked him to check the transmission because it didn’t seem to be functioni sure my Versa was repaired properly. I brought it in for an oil change and asked him to check the transmission because it didn’t seem to be functioning properly. He informed me that it needed to be replaced and set me up with a loaner vehicle. My car is now running great! More
