We are very pleased with the overall transaction. Your sales associate, Andrew Williams, was very helpful. I have two issues that kept me from awarding 5 stars. 1. Your finance person, Riley, implied that we have no warranty. All 4 of the other dealerships that we visited said that we get the balance of whatever is left (eg.4 years of the origina 5 - or 90,000 miles from the original 100,000). 2. There was no manual for the car. Andrew provided us with a 2020 manual for a 2019 car. I hope manuals are very similar. Thank you. More
