I went for a service, I stood there waiting for someone to help me and both men sitting in the first two desks there ignored me. A Caucasian customer came in and they help them right away. When I asked can someone help me I have an appointment they both looked at me and continued their way. I waited 45 min for someone to help me even when I made an appointment, young lady helped me after an hour wait. If you are Caucasian you will be served if not cross your finger someone might help you within that day. It’s happened more than once if it wasn’t for my service contract I would never service my vehicle there. It’s wasn’t only me there were several customers stating the same thing as we waited for our vehicle. Had a customer say that’s why I bring my white son-in-law they help us right away, I’ve come alone and I wait at least an hour for help. It’s sad to know it’s still happens. It’s here and no one speaks up about it. I’m pretty sure the owners know and they ignore it. More
