1. the check-in process was concerning to me. I had a 9am appt. yet the people behind me were served first. The attendant even moved vehicles right around mine and completely ignored my presence. 2. When I called to check the status of my Armada, I could not get anyone on the line even after several attempts. I drove down there nearing closing time and they said it was being worked on. I asked if they could put new spark plugs in since it is was there already and the RUDE service man gave me a dirty look and quoted me a super expensive amount. So I declined 3. The only thing that went right was the Uber rides there and back. Also, the young lady was very nice however. More
