I had the worst experience. It was my first car in USA. I went there to see models they advertised lower than market price. But when I reached there , I was told the advertiseme It was my first car in USA. I went there to see models they advertised lower than market price. But when I reached there , I was told the advertisement is just to lure people in. But they have same model car which has only run 1200 miles and is little cheaper than new. After a lot of talking we finalized the car. While checking the car we found the mirror is falling but they told us to take the car to San Diego with the falling mirror and come back to get it fixed which was very unsafe.But when we asked for service report and the second key , they said they will give us when we come for fixing the mirror and will fill the fuel tank because they didn’t check the mirror. When we went to get it done, they fixed the mirror as they had written it on the contract but only one sales person Elisha talked to us very rudely, he didn’t give the service report and provided us the carfax report which shows 7 miles on odometer. He said they don’t have the key because the earlier user didn’t give them back which is impossible to believe and can’t provide us. When we asked to talk to the manager we were told to wait for hours and also they didn’t fill the fuel gas because they hadn’t written it anywhere. I felt that I was lied to on various fronts and when I asked him about the various discrepancies he very rudely told me that “I suggest you don’t buy a car till you can afford a new one”. If Nissan dealership is considering a car with 7 miles on odometer used and has to tell so many lies to sell it off. I don’t know what to say. I don’t think this review will help me but if someone is reading it please use some other dealership or beware of their sweet lies. More
