There are LARGE signs at every entrance stating "Masks are required". However, not a single employee wore a mask. This has been the case on my last 3 visits. The hypocrisy is not a good look for Nissan. C are required". However, not a single employee wore a mask. This has been the case on my last 3 visits. The hypocrisy is not a good look for Nissan. Customer service was mediocre. I only gave it 2 stars because my mask-less representative gave me a discount for making me wait an hour past the promised time. I won't be returning. I also keep getting calls from someone named Pam. She's trying to sell me another car. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. More

Very friendly and very fast!! Kept me informed. Nit related to Service dept but - a homeless man went inside and got himself a cup of hot tea. Was nice to see that he was allowed to do this.
