Jonathan was a very nice man and super helpful, I enjoyed working with him! The only complaint I have was when I dropped my car off for the quality inspection I told him that my brakes were squeaking I was h working with him! As far as the dealership I feel their vehicles are overpriced and they add on all kinds of charges that they don’t tell you about until the financing. I feel those extra items should be optional and not mandatory, or at least disclosed in the price of the vehicle that is tagged on the window! The ticket price for my car was $18k but my loan is for $25k! Granted I did get the extended warranty but that is still an awful lot of extra money that I am having to pay. I should have remembered that from my first car I bought from them over 20 years ago. I don’t think I would buy another vehicle from them in the future! However I love Tim in the service department he’s awesome and always takes care of my needs! More

Tried tacking on “mandatory” packages once you were in the dealership. They draw you in with a low advertised price and then jack up the costs. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
