The wait time is too long for basic services. We waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. When I asked why the wait time would be over 90 minutes for something that normally takes 30 minutes the c almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. It takes 30 minutes just to get the paperwork written up and sent over to the techs. More
