Had an 8:00 appointment, wasn't finished until 10:30. You can go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube and be in and out in 15-20 minutes. How does it take 2.5 hours, with an appointment? Just don't understand how an appointment can take more than 2 hours, and this is the second time it's been this way. More
