Never got a call. I got a text instead. Was told about 1 issue and declined it but was not made aware of the others until I saw the receipt. I guess your reps didn't feel the need to disclose? While waiting outside I could hear them talk loudly, yet behind my back, about refusing the service. Im in customer service. I would never be this unprofessional. More
