I wasn’t too happy with the service I had. They put the incorrect mileage on the sticker on my car. It was also incorrect on the form the individual helping me as well. Thank goodness I notice They put the incorrect mileage on the sticker on my car. It was also incorrect on the form the individual helping me as well. Thank goodness I noticed it or I would’ve drove away. But I notified the advisor and she fixed the sticker. Then I told her about how it was incorrect on the form and she fixed it on the computer I guess and then didn’t give me an updated one with the CORRECT mileage. So I put it in pen myself. It would’ve been nice if they noticed their mistake and fix it right then and there. Also, I looked through the forms and I didn’t receive a form where they inspected my vehicle. So, this experience was not as great as my other service with the other advisor. More

I've been wanting to do this for years but didn't know how. Got a brand new Nissan Rouge 2014. 1st 100k A/C needed work 5 different times. Since then I had the A/ worked on 4 more times. Purchased 2018 Nissan Frontier and at 43k miles fender paint flaked right off with simple automotive tape and revealed complete rust underneath. I BOUGHT A CAR BACK IN NOV. & THEY STILL HAVENT PROVIDED ME WITH THE INFO ON WHO TO PAY, HOW MUCH TO PAY & WHEN THE PAYMENTS ARE DUE!! IVE BEEN BEGGING THEM TO PLS SEND ME THE INFO & THEY STILL HAVENT!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY PROMISED THEY HAD ALREADY ORDERED A PART THAT WAS MISSING FROM MY PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR...THE PART THAT SECURES IT TO THE MOUNT & OVER A MONTH LATER THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT & NOW THE TOP BLEW OFF MY MIRROR AND FELL ONTO THE STREET & WAS RUN OVER BY MULTIPLE CARS B4 I HAD THE CHANCE TO RUN INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION TO GO RETRIEVE IT!!!
