Customer service was bad, too lazy to come out to car, had to go inside to get service. Also was not notified my car was ready for pickup after waiting 3 hours, had to go check myself. The service should have never taken that long. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 7:45 AM appointment for just an oil change. I should have been done by 09:15 however it was not completed on time. I did not leave until about 10:45. I come from a military background where it is all about timing. I used this facility because it was close to home but if I have to, I will go back to dropping my car off at Carson when I am at work and having it serviced there. More
